


24k long run. First 3 x 6k laps at a nice steady 6:20 pace and then I thought I was a rock star and ran 3k at about a 5 min/k pace.
Paid for it dearly when I struggled home for the last 3k. Last kilometre was a shuffle :(
Lesson learned for next week's 32k. STICK TO THE PLAN!!!
Drank home made sugared water and Nuun the whole way. Worked really well. Last experiment next week and if i don't throw up after 32k of it I'll use it in the Marathon.
